Hello, readers. After reading the title, you may have been a bit confused. You may be confused because I already did a post entitled 'Top 5 Reasons Why I Didn't Blog The Past Three Days.' Well, now that I am over the jet-leg between Vancouver, Toronto, and Halifax, I began to look under our trip in a new light.
7 Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? 8 If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! 9If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, 10even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. ~ Psalm 139:7-10
- The first reason that I didn't blog for three days was because I got to relax in a spacious airport for two hours, while a special crew worked on our plane. Thank goodness that they figured out the problem then instead of when we were in the air!
- When we got on our plane, we were lucky to have T.V.'s on each seat that gave us full satellite cable channels. The television drowned out most other noise. We also got a quiet, polite teenage girl sitting next to us.
- When we arrived in Toronto, we waited in a nice, warm airport, while some people got us free hotel and food vouchers! Lucky us! We then waited for a little while until a free hotel service shuttle bus took us to our hotel.
- When we got to the hotel, we got to stay up late in a nice room. We got free room service, and we got to watch T.V. In the morning, we were able to sleep in because we got our flight changed.
- On Tuesday, we got to see the big, exciting Toronto airport. The lines were reasonable, we were able to do some shopping, and the flight was pretty good. When we got to Halifax, our luggage was missing, but in the morning, we got it delivered right to our door!
