The title of the sermon is not referring to the length of my dad's sermon today, but to the very short sermon Jesus preached in Matthew 4:17.
"From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.""
What did Jesus preach? Jesus preached "Repent." But what does "repent" really mean? Well ...

What did Jesus preach? Jesus preached "Repent." But what does "repent" really mean? Well ...
- It means to change our minds about our ways, turning from darkness to light, from sin to purity.
- It means to change our minds about our master. Before we repent, we are serving ourselves. But once we repent, we are serving God.
- It means to change our minds about our life. We're traveling down one road before we repent, but once we repent, we turn down another road, and our life heads in another direction.
