Here are some thought provoking questions on Christmas and Holy Living, written by my parents for last night's Bible Study. I pray that you would think honestly about these questions and allow them to impact how you live this Christmas season!
- How does the world celebrate Christmas? How do we celebrate Christmas? Any difference?
- What extra things do we do this season (baking, presents, decorate, etc.) and how are they done for the glory of the Lord (1 Corinthians 10:31)?
- What things or traditions does your family have to specifically keep Christ the focus, and are there traditions which take the focus off of Christ which you need to reconsider?
- How can we make an eternal impact this Christmas season?
- What gifts can we give to others that cost no money - kindness to the frazzled check-out girl, opening doors, etc.?
- How do we keep the resurrection focus and not just the nativity focus?
