Welcome to another Analogy Hour here on Jaquelle's Rose Garden. Today my grandparents are coming. They're flying in from Vancouver, B.C. Our family is very excited. We've been counting down the days until they would arrive. That got me thinking about Jesus. Jesus' return could be any time from now. It could be today. It could be tomorrow or next week, or next month. It could be next year or in 10 years. We just don't know.
Are we really (and when I say 'really' I mean really) excited over Jesus' coming? Often times, I think, no. We get so caught up in our 'personal life away from Jesus' that..... wait did I just say 'personal life away from Jesus'? Is any of our life away from Jesus? I don't think so. We may at times think that Jesus is just part of our 'church act' and our 'Bible Study,' but He is part of our everyday life. He watches our every move and decision and some time Jesus will be coming back (Revelation 22:20). We need to be ready for His return. Just like our family is cleaning the house, getting groceries, and making the house and ourselves ready for my grandparents, we need to prepare ourselves, our families, and others for Jesus' return.

Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book.- Revelation 22:7
