So God is good. Well, I knew that already, but it's been reconfirmed again just this morning. I had the dreaded live CTV Morning show ... and it was really fun! When we got to the studio, it was dumping (and I mean dumping) this miserable mixture of snow and rain. We had to wait outside the gate for a few minutes, in the pouring sleet, since apparently the buzzer wasn't working. Go figure. Anyway, when we got inside, a live cooking demonstration was going on. A friendly camera man led us quietly past the said cooking demonstration and we passed through the news room and past the tech room with all the screens and buttons to a spacious lounge area. There were couches and tables and chairs and a big TV playing ... you'll never guess - CTV! We waited for a while, and then the friendly camera man came back with two cookies for us. Unfortunately, neither Emma (my fellow project ARC cast member who would be doing the interview with me) nor I was very hungry. I think both of our stomachs were a bit knotted just a few minutes before we were to be on.
Well, then he announced it was time to get out there. So we went back to the area where we were to be interviewed, got mics on, and settled into these comfy brown leather chairs to meet our interviewer before the cameras came on. His name was Cyril Lunney, and he was a friendly guy. He asked our names and clarified pronunciation. I don't get it - my name is just the most common ever! Or not. Then he prepped us with the questions he was going to ask, and suddenly the friendly camera man was saying we were about to be on and I felt my body stiffen and Cyril was talking and introducing us and then we were on!

God is good! He helped me speak with clarity and calm myself, and I pray that all glory goes to Him!
